Tips & Notes
Believe it or not, making crispy chicken is super easy let me share my tips to teach you how to make the best Crispy Pan-Fried Chicken!
- Just before frying the chicken, throw another 1-2 tbsp of cornstarch in with the chicken. I found that the chicken wings aren’t fully coated in that crispy skin without the extra cornflour.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the chicken wings to soak up all the seasonings.
- For extra tenderness squeeze in a tablespoon of lime juice. I found this made the chicken’s inside more tender, juicy, and deliciously crispy on the outside.
