Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken Wings
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Splash of Olive Oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Cornstarch

Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Marinade chicken with soy sauce, egg, oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, cornflour, salt and black pepper. Massage well and set aside for at least 20 minutes.
  •  Next, add a bit more cornflour and mix well. Next, preheat the pan over medium-high heat and add cooking oil with a high smoke point, such as vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the seasoned wings
  • Cook the wings for 4-5 minutes per side until it gets crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain the oil once the wings are fully cooked.
  • Optional, but top with fresh coriander and fresh limes
