Marinade chicken with soy sauce, egg, oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, cornflour, salt and black pepper. Massage well and set aside for at least 20 minutes.
Next, add a bit more cornflour and mix well. Next, preheat the pan over medium-high heat and add cooking oil with a high smoke point, such as vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the seasoned wings
Cook the wings for 4-5 minutes per side until it gets crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain the oil once the wings are fully cooked.
Optional, but top with fresh coriander and fresh limes
