Frozen yoghurt clusters have been trending all over social media so I just had to join in making something that everyone will love. That being said these Almond Magnum Yoghurt Clusters are the most simplest, comforting and addictive snack ever. Made with creamy Greek yoghurt, cocoa powder, and coated in a silky dark and milk chocolate along with crunchy almonds.
In a bowl combine the yoghurt and cocoa powder until smooth. Divide into 5 or smaller equal portions on a lined tray. Freeze in the freezer for 15-30 minutes or until fully frozen.
Once the clusters are frozen, melt the milk and dark chocolate. Add the chocolate into a heat proof glass bowl with the coconut oil and melt over a pot of hot water. Or melt in the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute. Stir in the crushed almonds into the melted chocolate.
Coat each clusters in the melted chocolate ensuring its fully coated. Once coated place the clusters back on the lined tray. Put the clusters back in the freezer for a few minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
