Remove the seed and stalk from bell peppers. Next, peel and halve the onions.
Throw the bell peppers,onions, corriander and oil into the food processor. Blend until the vegetables are finely chopped.
In a bowl, add the mince, blended vegetables, seasoning, egg and shredded bread. Combine well using your hands. At this stage add in the chutney if desired. Use a tabespoon and scoop the mix out. Use the palm of your hands and fingers to form an egg-like shape.
Heat up the oil in a frying pan and begin frying the meatballs until cooked.
Serve with Creamy Sweet Potatoes and Gravy
