ThisChocolate Chip Bread Pudding is the ultimate comfort food for winter. It’s soft, fluffy, creamy and full of deliciously warm melted chocolate chips. Made with brioche buns, a silky vanilla custard and chocolate chips, it’s seriously the best dessert for the winter!
Grease the baking dish with butter. Chop the bread into cubes and place in the baking dish. Set aside.
In a small pot, combine the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and melted butter. Whisk until combined. Place the pot onto a medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes. Set aside.
To the baking dish, cover the bread in chocolate chips. Next, pour over the vanilla custard. Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.Let it cool for 10-12 minutes
Serve with more chocolate chips, whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
