Instructions
The chicken fillets must be cleaned and patted dry with paper towels. To soften the chicken, use a fork to remove the tendons.In a bowl, season the chicken with the seasonings. Leave to marinate for a few hours.
While the chicken marinates, pour the self-rasing flour into a bowl along with the seasonings. Set to the side. Once the chicken is done marinating add the wet ingredients into the bowl with chicken. Let it sit for 10-20 mintues before coating the chicken into the seasoned flour.
Once your chicken is coated in flour it's time to fry! Heat the oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the tenders into the pan and fry for 2-5 minutes until deeply golden brown. Place the fried chicken on paper towls to drain the excess oil.
Serve with a large bowl of sweet chili sauce or mayonaise !
