No-Churn Oreo Ice Cream

I wish I had known you could make a simple and comforting homemade ice cream without an ice cream machine from the comfort of your own home! This No-Churn Oreo Ice Cream is thick, creamy, delicious, cheap, and packed with Oreos.

Equipment

  • Eletric Whisk A hand whisk will work

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Double Cream (£1.15)
  • 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk (£0.30)
  • 7-10 Crushed Oreos ( 1 Oreo=£0.06) ( £0.60)
  • Splash Vanilla Extract optional

Instructions

  • Whisk the cream in a bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Mix in the condsensd milk spoon/spatual
  • Pour in the vanilla extract and continue to mix using a spoon/spatual
  • Throw in the crushed oreos and continue to mix until the oreos are well spread.
  • Pour/scoop the ice cream mix into a loaf tin or another serving dish and freeze for 5+ hours or overnight. Use any left over oreos to crush over the top of the ice cream.
    Serve with extra oreos and enjoy!

Notes

  • Ensure not to overwhip the cream as this results in crumbly-like ice cream
  • Use leftover Oreos to crush over the top of the ice cream
