To make the sauce combine 3-4tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, 1-2 tbsp Honey, 1 tsp minced ginger, and 1 tsp minced garlic in a bowl.
In a medium to hot pan, fry the diced shallots and sliced chilli until the onions begin to go golden brown. Throw in the basil and fry together for 1-2 minutes.
Turn the heat high and cook the sauce until it bubbles up. Throw in the cooked pasta/noodles and fry for 2-3 minutes or until the pasta/noodles are covered in the sauce
Sprinkle in the parmesean and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Top with parmsean and fresh basil
