Ingredients

  • 1.1kg chicken legs (£3.30)

Sweet and Spicy Marinade

  • 3-4 tbsp melted butter (£0.45)
  • 3-4 tbsp oil/ghee
  • 2 tbsp honey (£0.37)
  • tbsp brown sugar (0.14)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (£0.03)
  • 1 tsp all-purpose (£0.01)
  • 1 tsp paprika (£0.03)
  • 1 tsp crushed red flakes (£0.03)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C in a jug/medium-sized bowl.
  • Add 3-4 tbsp melted butter, 1-2 tbsp oil/ghee, 2 tbsp honey, 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp all-purpose, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp crushed red flakes. Stir well.
  • Place the chicken onto a lined baking tray. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the marinade and using a brush or your hands ensure the chicken is fully coated. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve!
