Separate the chickpeas from the water (aquafaba) and save the chickpeas for a curry or as a snack. In a food processor, blend the aquafaba into stiff peaks (white and foamy), add in the sugar and blend for a few seconds Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in either the microwave or by boiling over pot of water
Let the chocolate cool for 5-10 minutes before combining the aquafaba and melted chocolate. Once combined pour into a bowl or into 120ml pots.
Set in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight!
